We guarantee all advertised wattages, copper core reinforcements, and material specifications match the physical product delivered.

These terms are governed strictly by the laws of the United States. Claims are processed through our designated state of operation.

1. Purchase Agreements & Specifications

By placing an order, you agree that our products are intended for professional and everyday consumer use. We ensure that zero-gimmick utility is maintained across all shipments, and we do not inflate technical capabilities on any product listing.

2. Warranty Claims & Domestic Fulfillment

Warranty claims must be initiated through our support channels. Approved replacements are shipped directly from our Ohio facility, ensuring minimal downtime for your workspace setup. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear.
